-I reserve all rights to the artwork, you cannot claim that you have created the artwork
-Commissioned pieces are for personal, non-commercial use only. The use of art for commercial purposes or in relation to non-fungible token (NFT) or AI art of any sort is strictly prohibited
-The commissioner may not make any changes or edits to the commissioned piece (redrawing of, using as a base, etc.)
-The commissioner may request minor edits, however edits may incur additional fees if the edits are major or of substantial effort
(examples of minor: colour hue change, adding small accessory or detail, changing mouth shape, etc.
examples of major: changing of clothes, different hair style, completely different expression, etc
under the circumstance the commissioner has various minor edits, it may be considered major edits due to the effort required to make multiple changes)
-The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason without a need for explaination
-Digital goods will not be physically sent (no shipping required)
-When paid, it implies you have understood and agreed to the Terms of Service and will therefore be held responsible and liable for non-complianceCOPYRIGHT & REPOSTING
-The artist reserves all rights over the commissioned artwork
-The commissioned piece may be reposted onto the commissioners social media with appropriate credit under the circumstance permission has been given by the artist
-The artist may use commissioned artwork to post/promote their galleries and/or use as examples for commission openings and others (credit will be given unless stated otherwise)REFUNDS
-If the commissioner cancels for any reason, the commissioner will receive a partial refund depending on how much of the artwork has been completed
-If the artwork has been completed, the commissioner is no longer eligible to receive a refund
-A full refund may be given to commissioners if the artist cancels or cannot finish the piece for any reason
